Went to Timbre at The Arts House yesterday with Clar. Was supposed to have some other people too but we got pang puey kee (put aeroplane. Meaning; they didn’t turn up). Nevermind!
The music was nice but not the sound system. Alcohol was all right except for those weird ones like ‘Shrek 3′… I would say, stick to the regular cocktails and beer. Calamari rings didn’t do for me because I hated the batter. I have to admit that it was the company, music and faithful Erdinger that made the night.
I want to check out Timbre at Substation some other time! Hope it’s better (i.e. less mosquitoes and no statue of Sir Stamford Raffles staring down at me while I’m indulging in some vice!)
